I don't have a huge range of products to choose from here, but that Kara Dairy Free Milk sounds brilliant. Coconut based would suit me perfectly. I have tried rice milk, but am not a massive fan. I much prefer the almond milk because I find it tastes a little sweeter (naturally). I've heard that there are a growing number of brands of coconut milk based ice cream, but again... nothing of the sort here.
